Project Management
Transpolar provides customers with the skills and techniques necessary to implement effective project control. Typically we are involved from initial planning through full implementation. Often we establish a project control office (PCO) to serve as the "construction site managers" on behalf of our clients, controlling the sequence of activities, the entry and exit of contractors, quality of deliverables, the schedule and the budget. Our customers have more time to carry on with their primary functions, knowing that their IT project is controlled by professional project managers, hired to service their interests.
